我可以使用哪种付款方式？
How can I pay on the web-shop?
当前支持支付宝、VISA、MasterCard、American Express在线支付订单，您可以在付款页面查看详情。
In our online store you can use the following payment types: Alipay or pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express).

配送范围？
Shipping Location.
我们支持以下地区的配送：中国大陆、中国香港、中国澳门、中国台湾及海外地区（具体配送范围请以订单确认页面为准。）
China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) and other countries.

运费怎么计算？
How much does shipping cost?
我们指定“顺丰”以及“EMS”进行商品配送。大陆地区默认包邮顺丰，其他所有顺丰快递无法送达的地区，我们会为您转寄EMS，运费由买家承担。
We ship via SF-Express or EMS in mainland China, and DHL in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other countries. The postage is free through mainland China. We are not responsible for both the postage and taxes in other regions. You can find detailed policy on your order page.

可以修改、取消订单吗？
Can I change or cancel my order after I placed it?
商品订单生成后，将无法进行任何修改或取消，请您仔细核对、谨慎操作。
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are finalized.

关于商品错寄
What should I do if I’ve received a faulty item in my order?
发现商品错寄时，请在收货后3个工作日内及时发邮件联系我们，经确认后，申请换货或退货退款。退回商品应保持全新、吊牌未剪、原包装完整、配件齐全。
In that case, please send us an email to info@waterninewood.com within 3 weekdays after receiving the item. We are responsible for the change, return and refund only if the item is unused, unworn and unwashed. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, bearing its original label.

产品有质量问题
Quality Problems.
我们尽量将商品最真实的一面展现给大家，但是图片和实物不可能完全相同，下列项目不属于本店认可的商品质量问题：商品面料厚薄，手感软硬，很透，小线头、毛边、小针孔、走线（服装类商品较为常见），因显示器不同而产生的色差，不适合、与想象不一样、不喜欢等因个人定义不同无法鉴别的问题。
We deliver the most real side to you. Problems with clothing details are not recognized as quality problems, such as lint, frayed cutoff, fabric thickness, stitch or chromatic aberration.

请结合自身情况，参考商品介绍页面的尺寸对照表数据，以帮助您找到合适的尺码。数据为未水洗、手工平铺测量，可能与实际尺寸存在1-3CM误差，请您理解并事先知晓。

付款后多久发货？
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
在有货的正常情况下，您的订单将在付款后72小时内安排发货（除发货地法定节假日及特殊情况外），预订商品等特殊情况以商店公告为准。
We dispatch orders within 3 business days if the item is in stock. Preorder items please check the information on goods page.

付款后多久能收到？
How long does it take to receive my order after it is dispatched?
发货后大陆地区2-4个工作日送达，少数民族和县级以下城市3-10个工作日送达，海外地区不做到货时间保证。系统的物流时间仅供参考，具体以实际为准。配送会由于天气，交通等不可抗拒的客观因素造成您收货时间延迟。需要说明的是：部分商品属于航空违禁品，需走陆运，敬请谅解。
Within mainland China orders are usually delivered 2-4 business days once it is dispatched. Delivery times of overseas orders are subject to the actual situation. We cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

如何跟踪我的订单？
How can I track my order?
发货之后，您在商品订单中可以查看发货状态，由于快递公司可能无法实时更新信息，因此您看到的发货情况可能有一定延迟。
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. You can track your order through the tracking number we have provided.

是否可以退换货？
What is your return policy?
我们每次发货前都将仔细检查，以保证您收到合格商品。我们不提供退换货处理，感谢您的理解。
We check carefully before each shipment to make sure you receive qualified goods. Currently, we do not offer return service.

关于商品色差
Is there a chromatic aberration?
所有商品图片均为摄影师100%实物拍摄，但由于灯光、显示器对比度、拍摄光线角度及个人对颜色的认知程度不同，均会产生轻微色差，请收到以实物颜色为准。
All the images are 100% taken from actual objects and corrected by professional.
Still, there will be a slight aberration due to different displays. All items are subject to the actual objects.

断货的产品还会再补货吗？
Will there be a restock?
店铺现货商品均为限量供应，请您及时购买喜欢的商品，如遇断货情况，请您随时关注商店更新。
We cannot promise it will come back. All the collection is one of a kind. Please place your order as soon as possible while it is in stock. And follow our updates.

首饰如何保养？
How to care the jewelry?
首饰变色属正常现象。请避免与尖锐物品、高硬度物体、化学制品（含化妆品）等接触。洗澡、游泳时需取下。佩戴后擦拭干净装于独立首饰盒内。
Discoloration of jewelry is a normal phenomenon. Please do not contact with sharp, hard, or chemical objects. Please take it off while bathing or swimming. After wearing, wipe it clean and put it into a separate jewelry box.
